慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者均存在不同程度的性功能紊乱。其发生与病人体内代谢产物堆积、贫血及相关激素代谢紊乱等多种因素有关。本文对我院1992年12月～1994年12月两年间收治的经维持性血液透析结合促红细胞生成素(EPO),α-D_3[H(OH)D_3]治疗36例CRF病人性功能恢复情况报告如下。
