目前适用于小通道的流量测量装置或仪表还十分有限。本文基于电容耦合式非接触电导测量(Capacitively Coupled Contactless Conductivity Detection,C~4D)技术和互相关测速原理,提出了一种毫米级管道的流量测量新方法,并研制了其测量装置.该方法利用两对电子开关对两路测量通路交互闭合,分别获得两组流体电导信号。对得到的两组信号进行互相关运算,从而获得流体的流速和流量.作为初步研究,本文分别对内径为3.2 mm和5.4 mm的管道进行了流量测量实验。实验结果表明基于C~4D技术的小通道流体流量测量新方法是可行的和有效的。
Currently suitable for small channel flow measurement device or instrument is still very limited. Based on Capacitively Coupled Contactless Conductivity Detection (C ~ 4D) and cross-correlation velocimetry, a new method of flow measurement in millimeter-sized pipelines is proposed and its measuring device is developed. This method uses The two pairs of electronic switches alternately close the two measurement channels and obtain two sets of fluid conductance signals respectively. The cross-correlation of the two signals was obtained to obtain the flow rate and flow rate of the fluid.As a preliminary study, the flow measurement experiments were carried out on the pipes with inner diameter of 3.2 mm and 5.4 mm respectively. The experimental results show that the new method based on C ~ 4D for small-channel fluid flow measurement is feasible and effective.
