目的：观察前列地尔脂微球载体制剂（凯时，北京泰德制药有限公司）对下肢慢性动脉缺血症的疗效。方法：以多中心、同步、等样本、开放性给药方法，应用前列地尔脂肪乳注射液治疗４７例下肢动脉缺血症患者，采用小剂量（１０μｇ／ｄ），一次静脉推注，连续１４ｄ。于用药前后分别观察患者的间歇性跛行、皮肤感觉、静息痛和溃疡情况，并计算踝／肱指数。结果：患者间歇性跛行、皮肤感觉、静息痛、溃疡和踝／肱指数改善的有效率分别为５７５％、７４５％、８１１％、４３４％和２３５％，综合疗效评价有效率为８３０％。结论：前列地尔脂微球载体制剂治疗下肢慢性动脉缺血症效果显著，副作用低 Objective: To observe the curative effect of alprostadil liposome microsphere carrier preparation (Kai Shi, Beijing Tide Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) on chronic arterial ischemia in the lower extremities.
