目的探讨乳腺导管造影中不同浓度碘对比剂对图像质量的影响。方法选择2008年6月-2009年10月50例非妊娠哺乳期的乳头溢液患者行数字平板X线成像(DR)的乳腺导管造影检查。将患者的左乳设为L组,右乳设为R组。L组使用碘离子浓度为370 mg/m L的碘帕醇注射液,R组使用碘离子浓度为300 mg/m L的碘帕醇注射液。对两组图像进行质量评分和平均密度评估。结果 L组和R组的图像质量评分均为(2.8±0.2)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。L组和R组乳房轴位的主导管内平均密度值分别为(4 020.25±96.26)、(3 984.75±117.67)HU,侧斜位的主导管内平均密度值分别为(4 067.13±24.69)、(3 971.25±167.32)HU,侧位的主导管内平均密度值分别为(4 058.88±52.07)、(4 034.75±67.54)HU,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乳腺导管造影中使用不同浓度(300、370 mg/m L)的非离子型碘对比剂对诊断的影响无明显差异。
Objective To investigate the effect of different concentrations of iodine contrast agent on the image quality in ductal angiography. Methods From June 2008 to October 2009, 50 cases of non-pregnant lactating nipple discharge patients underwent digital plate X-ray imaging (DR) of breast ductography. The patient's left breast was set as L group, right breast as R group. Group I was treated with Iopamidol at an iodine ion concentration of 370 mg / m L and group R was treated with iopamidol at a concentration of 300 mg / m L. Two sets of images were evaluated for quality and average density. Results The image quality scores of group L and group R were both (2.8 ± 0.2) points, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). The average intraductal ductal density values in L group and R group were (4 020.25 ± 96.26) and (3 984.75 ± 117.67) HU, respectively, and the average intraductal duct density were (4 067.13 ± 24.69) and 3 971.25 ± 167.32) HU. The average density of the dominant lateral collaterals was (4 058.88 ± 52.07) and (4 034.75 ± 67.54) HU, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The non-ionic iodine contrast agent with different concentrations (300, 370 mg / m L) in breast ductal angiography has no significant difference in diagnosis.
