本文通过电阻法、拉伸试验、晶粒度测定、电子探针分析、X-射线衍射和光镜、电镜观察等手段研究了在Cu-Zn-Al合金中添加微量稀土元素后所引起各种性能变化。研究表明:RE使合金晶粒细化,这是由于RE富集于晶界,阻碍晶粒长大。Cu-Zn-Al-RE合金的断口呈纤维撕裂状、出现韧窝。RE使合金的记忆性能有所下降,这主要是由于晶粒细化引起的。此外RE还使Cu-Zn-Al合金的Ms点上升、马氏体晶格常数发生变化,这与RE少量固溶于晶内有关。
In this paper, we have studied the properties of Cu-Zn-Al alloys by adding trace amounts of rare earth elements by means of electrical resistance, tensile test, grain size determination, electron probe analysis, X-ray diffraction and light microscopy, Variety. The results show that RE can refine the grain of the alloy, which is due to the enrichment of RE in the grain boundaries and hinder the grain growth. Fracture of Cu-Zn-Al-RE alloy was fiber tearing, dimple appeared. RE decreased the memory properties of the alloy, mainly due to grain refinement. In addition RE also causes the Ms point of the Cu-Zn-Al alloy to rise, and the martensite lattice constant changes, which is related to the small amount of RE solid solution in the crystal.
