本文采用CaCl_2-ACh混合液给小鼠静注形成房颤(扑),对照组(80只)房颤(扑)阳性率达80—100%。实验观察了几种已知抗心律失常药物的对抗作用,奎尼丁的作用最强;异搏定也有一定作用;当使用大于临床应用的剂量时,心得安、苯妥英钠也有对抗作用;利多卡因则基本无效。实验结果大致符合这些药物在临床上的选择性应用。本实验方法具有所需费用低廉、操作方法简单及观察指标明确等优点,可作为筛选治疗房颤(扑)药物的初筛方法。 多年来,治疗室性心律失常的药物已取得很大进展,但治疗房颤和房扑的新药进展不大,仍用毒、付作用较多的洋地黄和奎尼丁。在抗心律失常药物的实验研究中,目前所采用的房颤(扑)实验模型多用较大动物,并且实验步骤较繁琐,如给狗开胸后在心房安放电极刺激或局部用药(乌头碱、乙酰胆碱等);或用药物使狗造成甲状腺机能亢进或低血钾状态,然后给予大剂量乙酰胆碱诱发房颤(扑)。这些方法虽具有许多优点,但不适用于大量药物的筛选。 本文采用CaCl_2-ACh混合液给小鼠静注形成房颤(扑)的简易动物实验模型,并用几种已知抗心律失常药进行了实验观察。

In this paper, a simple animal experimental model of atrial fibrillation was established by intravenous injection of CaCl 2 -ACh mixture, and several known anti-arrhythmic drugs were used for experimental observation.
