为提高氨立式冷凝器的传热性能 ,采用螺旋槽钢管为强化传热元件 ,与光滑钢管进行了对比试验 ,结果表明螺旋槽钢管的传热系数比光滑钢管高 1 2 .9%~ 65 .5 %。某冷冻厂的氨立式冷凝器应用螺旋槽钢管 ,经过一年多的运行测试 ,传热系数比用光滑钢管高 32 .6%~5 7%。
In order to improve the heat transfer performance of the ammonia vertical condenser, the helical channel steel pipe is used as an enhanced heat transfer element, and compared with the smooth steel pipe. The results show that the heat transfer coefficient of the spiral channel steel pipe is 12.29% ~ 65% higher than that of the smooth steel pipe .5%. A refrigerated plant ammonia vertical condenser spiral channel steel pipe, after more than a year of running test, the heat transfer coefficient than with smooth steel pipe 32.6% ~ 57%.
