研究了以愈创木酚为起始原料,经乙酰化、硝化、水解合成5硝基愈创木酚钠的最佳反应条件。以乙酐作酰化剂,120℃反应;硝酸加冰乙酸为硝化剂,50℃硝化;水解在氢氧化钠溶液中进行。5硝基愈创木酚钠收率86%。
The optimum reaction conditions for the synthesis of 5-nitro guaiacol sodium from guaiacol by acetylation, nitration and hydrolysis were studied. Acetic anhydride as acylating agent, reaction at 120 ℃; nitric acid and acetic acid as nitrating agent, nitration at 50 ℃; hydrolysis in sodium hydroxide solution. 5-nitro guaiacol sodium yield of 86%.
