随着机械加工工业水平的飞速发展,组装式产品逐步代替焊接产品,很多工件需要用钢板一次折弯加工成形,对板料加工工件的精度要求也越来越高。如何确定钢板V形件的展开尺寸成了一线工作人员的一个难题。就这一个问题我们从几何角度对钢板V形工件可展开折弯时的展开尺寸进行了分析,总结出了一个简单方法,便于我们在实际算料中有“法”可依。
With the rapid development of the machining industry, the assembly products gradually replace the welding products. Many of the workpieces need to be formed by one-time bending of the steel plate, and the precision requirements of the workpieces of sheet metal are also getting higher and higher. How to determine the deployment of steel V-shaped pieces has become a front-line staff of a problem. On this issue, we analyzed the unfolding dimensions of the steel V-shaped workpieces when they were unfolded from a geometrical point of view, and summed up a simple method that allows us to have “law” in the actual data.
