1.主轴箱垂直移动的直线度（1）定义与公差范围主轴箱垂直移动的直线度是指检验立柱垂直导轨和主轴箱垂直导轨各自的直线度及两导轨的配合状况。如图1所示，此项精度在机床横向（a项）垂直平面及机床纵向（b项）垂直平面两个平面内检验。在300mm测量长度上，a、b两项公差为0．025mm。
