对含钛量在40~50%左右,余下是镍量(有时加入约7%的钴)的镍钛记忆合金,我们试验了EDTA直接络合滴定钛的方法。光用0.1MEDTA络合镍钛总量,然后借助酒石酸钠与钛的强络合作用,定量地夺取已被EDTA络合的钛,并释放出与钛等当量的EDTA,以0.02M标准硝酸铅溶液滴定。无需经过分离手续,能获得满意的结果。条件试验表明:酒石酸钠(40%)合适用量为15~20毫升,煮沸时间5~20分钟,可释放出与钛等当量络合的EDTA;滴定温
For NiTi alloy containing about 40-50% titanium and the balance being nickel (sometimes adding about 7% cobalt), we tested the method of EDTA direct complex titration of titanium. Light with 0.1MEDTA total amount of nickel-titanium complex, and then with the strong interaction between sodium tartrate and titanium, EDTA has been quantitatively capture the complexation of titanium and titanium equivalent release of EDTA, with 0.02M standard lead nitrate Solution titration.
