Membranous nephropathy(MN)is the most commoncause of nephrotic syndrome in adults.Its insidiousonset and progression often hinder timely renal biopsyand early diagnosis delaying treatment while worseningprognosis.The complication of malignant hypertension(MHT)is rarely seen in idiopathic MN.To provide abetter understanding of the disease we report a case ofidiopathic MN diagnosed by biopsy six years after onset.CASE REPORT Membranous nephropathy (MN) is the most commoncause of nephrotic syndrome in adults.
