1 临床资料 本组共23例均为严重包皮嵌顿,初婚16例,未婚7例,年龄18～24岁,平均225岁,均包皮过长而包茎。16例行第1次性交嵌顿,5例行第3次性交嵌顿,1例行第5次性交嵌顿,另1例轴承嵌顿,病程24～30小时者18例,32～72小时者5例。23例均行二期手术。2 手术方法 全组中22例在局部
