为研究茉莉花头香精油制备新技术,采用椰壳活性炭吸附和亚临界萃取技术提取茉莉花头香香气,以有机溶剂萃取法作对照。采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法(HS-SPMEGC/MS)分析亚临界萃取的茉莉花头香精油成分,鉴定出17种香气组分,包括酯类7种、萜烯类6种、醇类2种、醛类1种、酮类1种,其中酯类含量最高,占总含量的56.34%,其次为萜烯类(40.42%)。头香精油组分含量较高的为乙酸苄酯(40.12%)、芳樟醇(35.32%)、苯甲酸叶醇酯(7.46%)、顺-3-己烯基丁酯(2.59%)、α-毕橙茄醇(2.27%)、水杨酸甲酯(2.06%),基于亚临界萃取技术的茉莉头香精油香气组分与茉莉天然花香成分相符合。
In order to study the preparation of new technology of jasmine head essential oil, the aroma of jasmine head was extracted by coconut shell active carbon adsorption and subcritical extraction, and organic solvent extraction was used as control. The constituents of jasmine head essential oil extracted by subcritical extraction were analyzed by headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-SPMEGC / MS), and 17 kinds of aroma components were identified, including 7 kinds of esters, 6 kinds of terpenes , Two kinds of alcohols, one kind of aldehydes and one kind of ketones. Among them, esters content was the highest, accounting for 56.34% of the total content, followed by terpenes (40.42%). The main components of the essential oil were benzyl acetate (40.12%), linalool (35.32%), benzoate benzoate (7.46%), cis-3-hexenylbutyl ester α-Completegreenol (2.27%) and Methyl salicylate (2.06%). The aroma components of jasmine head oil based on subcritical extraction are in accordance with the natural floral components of jasmine.
