人参的主要成分皂苷可抑制牛肾上腺髓质细胞因乙酰胆碱(Ach)而致的儿茶酚胺(CA)分泌,其中原人参三醇系显示强的CA分泌抑制活性,但二醇系无此活性。最近报道,经口给予人参皂苷后,在肠道细菌的作用下与苷元结合的糖依次被水解、吸收。因此,探讨了人参皂苷代谢物对CA分泌的影响。
Ginseng’s main component, saponin, inhibits catecholamine (CA) secretion from bovine adrenal medulla cells due to acetylcholine (Ach), in which protopanaxatriol exhibits strong CA secretion inhibitory activity, but glycol does not have such activity. Recently, it has been reported that after oral administration of ginsenosides, the sugars bound to the aglycone are sequentially hydrolyzed and absorbed under the action of intestinal bacteria. Therefore, the effects of ginsenoside metabolites on the secretion of CA were investigated.
