简要介绍了利用R规和轮廓仪测量曲轴圆角半径的两种测量方法,并利用Minitab软件,对这两种测量方法所能达到的过程能力进行了分析。结果表明:利用R规,测量曲轴圆角半径的实际过程能力指数Cpk为0.23,测量过程控制能力严重不足;而轮廓仪测量所达到的实际过程能力指数Cpk为1.03,满足过程质量控制的要求。因此,曲轴生产过程中使用轮廓仪能精确测量曲轴圆角半径,其加工一致性与实际过程控制能力远大于R规测量。建议曲轴生产厂家使用轮廓仪测量曲轴圆角半径,提高曲轴圆角半径尺寸的测量精度,进而保证砂轮修整精度,提高过程质量控制能力。
Two measuring methods for measuring the fillet radius of crankshaft using R-gauge and profilometer are briefly introduced, and the process capability of these two measuring methods is analyzed by Minitab software. The results show that the practical process capability index Cpk of crankshaft fillet radius measured by R-gauge is 0.23, and the measurement process control ability is seriously insufficient. The actual process capability index Cpk measured by profilometer is 1.03, which meets the requirements of process quality control. Therefore, the use of profilometer in crankshaft production process can accurately measure the radius of crankshaft fillet, its processing consistency and the actual process control capability is much larger than R gauge measurement. It is suggested that the crankshaft manufacturer use the profiler to measure the radius of the crankshaft fillet and improve the measuring precision of the radius of the crankshaft fillet so as to ensure the dressing precision of the grinding wheel and improve the quality control of the process.
