目的:建立鼠掌老鹳草药材XRD的鉴定分析新方法。方法:对10个不同产地鼠掌老鹳药材进行X射线衍射分析,并按2θ定位,以d/I/I。进行相似度计算与分析。结果:通过对10个不同产地鼠掌老鹳草药材X射线衍射谱进行计算和分析,获得了该药材对照X射线衍射Fourier指纹谱及特征标记峰值,并进行了相似度的计算。结论:粉末X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱鉴定法可用于鼠掌老鹳药材的鉴定,相似度的计算结果可用于该药材的质量评价。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a new method for the identification and analysis of XRD in the geranium of the mouse. Methods: X-ray diffraction analysis was performed on 10 species of old sturgeon from different origins and positioned at 2θ to d / I / I. Similarity calculation and analysis. Results: The X-ray diffraction spectra of geranium from 10 different provenances were calculated and analyzed. The control fingerprint and characteristic peaks of X-ray diffraction were obtained and the similarity was calculated. Conclusion: Powder X-ray diffraction fingerprint identification method can be used for the identification of medicinal materials of the old stork, and the similarity calculation results can be used to evaluate the quality of the medicinal materials.
