目的:研究探讨纤维桩核修复牙体大面积缺损的临床效果。方法:将我院2014年2月-2015年2月收治的78例患者经过完善根管治疗的牙体大面积缺损178颗患牙按照统计学原理分成对照组和观察组,两组患者例数与患牙颗数均相等。对照组患者89颗患牙采用常规的金属铸造桩核冠进行修复,修复,观察组共89颗患牙采用纤维桩核进行修复,比较两组患者修复效果。结果:修复结果显示,观察组患者修复成功率为94.3%,对照组患者修复成功率为80.9%,数据符合统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:对于牙体大面积缺损的患者,相对比常规的金属铸造桩核修复方法,纤维桩核能够达到理想的修复效果,操作简单方便,具有良好的生物相容性,可以作为牙体大面积缺损修复的重要措施。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of fiber post and core in repairing large area defect of tooth. Methods: 78 patients with large defect of dental root, treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015, were divided into control group and observation group according to the statistical principle.
