目的评估不同血细胞压积(BCV)算法对儿童感染性疾病患儿校正全血C-反应蛋白(CRP)检测结果的影响。方法选取2016年5-6月华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院儿科住院治疗的390例感染性疾病患儿为观察组,另选取同期100例健康查体儿童为对照组。对照组采用特定蛋白分析仪测定血清CPR,观察1组采用实时动态BCV算法分析仪测定全血CRP值,观察2组采用固定红细胞比容(Hct)算法换算出全血CRP值。分析各观察组测得全血CRP与血清CRP结果的差异。结果 33%0.05)。Hct<33%或Hct>53%时,观察1组与对照组CRP水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察2组与对照组CRP水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组结果均高于对照组,且随着CRP水平增高结果偏差越大。结论实时动态BCV算法检测全血CRP准确率优于固定细胞压积算法。采用实时动态BCV算法测定全血CRP,与血清CRP结果有较好的一致性,结果更加准确可靠。尤其在血常规与CRP联合检测中,具有较高的准确性和便利性。
Objective To evaluate the effect of different hematocrit (BCV) algorithms on the calibration of whole blood C-reactive protein (CRP) in children with infectious diseases. METHODS: From May to June 2016, 390 children with infectious diseases admitted to the Pediatric Hospital of Tongji Medical College affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology were selected as the observation group. 100 healthy children of the same period were selected as the control group. In the control group, serum CPR was measured by a specific protein analyzer. In the first group, whole blood CRP was measured by real-time dynamic BCV analyzer. The CRP values of whole blood were calculated by using the fixed hematocrit (Hct) algorithm. Analysis of the difference between the whole blood CRP and serum CRP measured in each observation group. Especially in the blood and CRP joint detection, with high accuracy and convenience.
