参考文献研制了RST抗原，以本所RPR和TRUST抗原为对照，检测254份血清标本，其中梅毒血清54份，非梅毒血清200份。结果表明RST抗原特异性和敏感性良好，反应模式优于TRUST和RPR抗原。
References RST antigen was developed to our RPR and TRUST antigen as a control, detecting 254 serum samples, of which 54 syphilis serum, 200 non-syphilis serum. The results showed that RST antigen specificity and sensitivity are good, the reaction mode is superior to TRUST and RPR antigen.
