目的:观察桑仙降压颗粒对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)心肌血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响,探讨其对SHR心肌VEGF的干预作用。方法:SHR随机分为3组,空白对照组、吲哒帕胺西药对照组、桑仙降压颗粒组,以Wistar大鼠为正常对照组,4周及8周后观察SHR心肌VEGF蛋白光密度值的表达。结果:相较正常对照组,实验前及实验4周后,空白对照组VEGF蛋白光密度值降低,无统计学差异(P>0.05);实验8周后,空白对照组VEGF蛋白光密度值显著降低,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。相较空白对照组,实验4周后,桑仙降压颗粒组与西药对照组VEGF蛋白光密度值均有增多趋势,但无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验8周后,桑仙降压颗粒组与西药对照组VEGF蛋白光密度值阳性表达均显著增多,均存在显著差异(P<0.01),而桑仙降压颗粒组与西药对照组相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:桑仙降压颗粒用药4周时对VEGF无影响,用药8周后能有效增加SHR心肌VEGF含量。

After 8 weeks of experiment, There was significant difference (P <0.01) between the OD value of VEGF protein in granule group and western medicine control group, but there was no significant difference between SD group and western medicine control group (P> 0.05) . Conclusion: Sangsangjiangya granule has no effect on VEGF at 4 weeks. After 8 weeks of treatment, the content of VEGF in SHR myocardium can be effectively increased.
