当前,企业改革进人攻坚阶段,企业的劳动关系出现了一些新的特点,主要体现在以下几方面:1.劳动关系的类型更加多样。随着多种经济形式的发展,劳动关系也呈现多样化的趋势,除国有和集体经济的劳动关系外,还有股份制、合作制、个体私营经济和外资企业的劳动关系。即使在同一所有制经济类型中,又存在多种不同的劳动关系形式,如国有企业内部就有承包制、租赁制、股份制、国有民营等多种经营形式,由此带来的劳动关系也不尽相同,劳动关系的类型呈现多样化。
