实行军队后勤保障社会化,对减轻军队“办社会”的负担,走出一条投入较少、效益较高的保障路子具有极其重大的现实意义。目前,在大力推进后勤保障社会化改革过程中,还存在一些亟待解决的问题,对此谈点解决对策。一、急需制定全军统一的社会化保障政策和规定近年,各级积极响应军委、总部号召,高度重视后勤保障社会化改革工作,落实行动快、推进力度大。但与此同时,由于缺乏可资借鉴的现成经验和全军统一的规范性操作规程,改革和发展极不平衡,即使是已取得成功
