在数学教学中必须遵循“以德育为首,教学为中心”的指导思想,挖掘教材中的德育因素,精心组织教材,把德育教育有机渗透到导入、导学、巩固、课外延伸等教学过程的各个环节之中,真正做到既教书又育人。“要使学生具有爱国主义、集体主义精神,热爱社会主义,继承社会主义民主法制意识,遵守国家法律和社会公德;逐步形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观;具有社会主义责任感,努力为人民服务,要使学生成为有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的新一代接班人。”以下几个教学环节是我的工作体会。“
