1资料与方法1.1一般资料105例病例选自伴有糖尿病的白内障患者,且在本院行白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶状体植入手术(phaco+IOL组),平均年龄64.8岁。术前视力:指数至0.2。术前根据糖尿病诊断标准确诊,均为2型糖尿病患者。血糖控制在5.8～9.0mmol·L-1。对照组(ECCE+IOL组)选择同期
1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information 105 cases were selected from cataract patients with diabetes mellitus, and in our hospital cataract phacoemulsification intraocular lens implantation surgery (phaco + IOL group), mean age 64.8 years old. Preoperative visual acuity: index to 0.2. Preoperative diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria of diabetes, are type 2 diabetes patients. Blood sugar control in 5.8 ~ 9.0mmol · L-1.
