知识和知识分子越来越为人们所重视、大批的知识分于走上了领导岗位,担负着四化建设的重任,我们农村金融部门也不例外。但是,无容置否,也有的优秀知识分子没有被“伯乐”所发现,或认为他们“骄”、他们“懒”而未予重用,或吹毛求疵,责备求全埋没了人才。本文就知识分于所谓的“骄”、“懒”作点辩解,目的在于促使我们更加尊重知识,尊重人才,努力提高农村金融干部素质。 Knowledge and intellectuals are paying more and more attention to the people. A large amount of knowledge has been embarked on leadership positions and shoulders the heavy responsibility of building the four modernizations. Our rural financial sector is no exception. However, there are no outstanding and some excellent intellectuals who have not been discovered by Bó Lè or think they are arrogant, they are “lazy” and have not been reused, or have their own faults and blame, blaming whole body for talent. In this paper, we divide our knowledge into so-called “arrogance” and “lazyness”. The purpose of this article is to promote us to have more respect for knowledge and talent, and to improve the quality of rural financial cadres.
