目的:考察双黄连粉针和9种注射剂配伍的稳定性。方法:采用0.9%氯化钠溶液作为溶媒,考察双黄连粉针与9种注射剂在室温下配伍后外观、pH和微粒变化,并采用HPLC法考察配伍液中黄芩苷含量的变化。结果:双黄连粉针与头孢呋辛钠粉针配伍产生白色沉淀,含量下降;与碳酸氢钠注射液配伍颜色加深,pH略微升高,含量下降;与盐酸肾上腺素注射液含量下降。结论:双黄连粉针不宜与头孢呋辛钠粉针、碳酸氢钠注射液、盐酸肾上腺素注射液配伍,可与其他药物配伍应用。
Objective: To investigate the stability of Shuanghuanglian injection and nine kinds of injection. Method: 0.9% sodium chloride solution was used as solvent to investigate the appearance, pH and particle changes of Shuanghuanglian injection and its nine injections at room temperature. The content of baicalin in the compatibility solution was determined by HPLC. Results: Shuanghuanglian injection combined with cefuroxime sodium powder to produce white precipitate, the content decreased; compatibility with sodium bicarbonate injection color deepened, pH slightly increased, the content decreased; and epinephrine hydrochloride injection decreased. Conclusion: Shuanghuanglian injection should not be mixed with cefuroxime sodium powder injection, sodium bicarbonate injection and epinephrine hydrochloride injection, which can be used in combination with other drugs.
