目的:研究中华大蟾蜍皮的水溶性成分。方法:利用反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20 凝胶柱色谱、重结晶等手段分离纯化蟾皮的水溶性化学成分, 根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离得到7个化合物分别鉴定为蟾蜍环酰胺D(bufogargarizanine D,1), 脱氢蟾蜍噻咛(dehydrobufothionine, 2),环(脯氨酸-甘氨酸)二肽(cyclo(Pro-Gly)dipeptide,3),环(丙氨酸-丙氨酸)二肽(cyclo (Ala-Ala)dipeptide,4), 尿嘧啶(uracil, 5), 胸腺嘧啶(thymine,6),腺苷(gland glucoside,7)。结论:化合物1为新化合物,化合物3-7为首次从中华大蟾蜍皮中分离得到。
Objective: To study the water-soluble components of Chinese giant molt. Methods: The water-soluble chemical constituents of the moltings were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography, and recrystallization. The structures of the compounds were identified based on their physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as bufogargarizanine D (1), dehydrobufothionine (2), and cyclo (Pro-Gly) dipeptide. , 3), cyclo (Ala-Ala) dipeptide (cyclo (Ala-Ala)dipeptide, 4), uracil (5), thymine (6), adenosine (gland glucoside, 7). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new compound. Compounds 3-7 are isolated from the Chinese molt for the first time.
