现有链条炉排已有一百多年历史,一直延续到今天各国仍在使用。我国有链条炉排锅炉40多万台,占全国工业锅炉总数的70%,每年递增率为7%～8%。由于炉排结构落后、存在许多缺陷、燃烧效率低,致使现有链条炉排锅炉普遍存在故障多、维修量大、锅炉热效率低、出力不足等问题。济南五洲环保公司开发的新型链条炉排,较好地解决了上述问题。
