为探讨二硫化碳毒性视网膜功能损害与脂质过氧化反应的关系,进行兔眼ERG生化检测。结果染毒3周后,染毒兔ERGb波振幅明显低于对照组,视网膜超氧化物歧化酶总活力(TSOD)较对照组降低,而MDA活性增高。ERGb波振幅与TSOD呈正相关而与MDA呈负相关。结论CS2毒性视网膜功能损害可能与脂质过氧化反应有关。
To investigate the relationship between retinal damage induced by carbon disulfide and lipid peroxidation, biochemical detection of ERG in rabbit eyes was performed. Results After 3 weeks of exposure, the amplitude of ERGb in rabbits was significantly lower than that of the control group. The total retinal superoxide dismutase (TSOD) decreased and the MDA activity increased. The amplitude of ERGb was positively correlated with TSOD and negatively correlated with MDA. Conclusion CS2 toxic retinal damage may be related to lipid peroxidation.
