桥面防水材料在我国使用多年,由于缺乏系统的试验评价方法与指标指导,整体现状却不容乐观。为此,作者根据桥面防水层实际使用状态,提出了桥面对防水材料的性能要求;研究提出了桥面防水材料物理性能评价方法与指标,包括拉伸性能、耐热性能、耐冷性能和不透水性能等;对耐久性能、粘结性能、抗剪性能等路用性能试验方法、评价指标与标准进行了研究;最后对桥面防水材料抗施工损伤性能提出了相应的评价方法与指标。
Deck waterproof material used in our country for many years, due to the lack of systematic test evaluation methods and indicators, the overall status is not optimistic. Therefore, the authors put forward the performance requirements of bridge deck waterproofing materials according to the actual use status of bridge deck waterproofing layer. The methods and indexes for evaluating the physical performance of bridge deck waterproofing materials are proposed, including tensile properties, heat resistance, cold resistance and Impermeability and so on; road performance test methods, evaluation indexes and standards such as endurance performance, bonding performance and shear resistance were studied. Finally, the corresponding evaluation methods and indexes for the construction damage resistance of bridge deck waterproof material were put forward.
