地质行业是保证我国经济高速发展的基础性行业。加强地质行业单位人力资源管理可以充分调动员工积极性,有助于扩展人力资本,提高人力资源管理的技术水平和工作效率。当前,地质行业单位的人力资源管理能力明显落后于地质工作的需要,人力资源管理模式滞后、人力资源队伍结构不合理、考核机制不健全等等。地质行业单位只有建立健全的人力资源管理制度,优化地质行业人力资源结构、完善绩效考核体系,才能有效保证企业持续稳定的发展。
Geological industry is to ensure China’s rapid economic development of the basic industries. Strengthening the management of human resources in units of geology can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and help to expand human capital and improve the technical level and efficiency of human resources management. At present, the human resources management capability of geological units obviously lags behind the need of geological work, the human resource management model lags behind, the structure of human resources team is irrational, the assessment mechanism is not perfect, and so on. Only by establishing and perfecting the human resources management system, optimizing the structure of human resources in the geology industry and perfecting the performance appraisal system, can the geological industry units effectively ensure the sustained and steady development of the enterprise.
