50±8(37~62)岁的11(男9、女2)例特发性扩张型心肌病患者(A组)、55±7(46~64)岁的8(男7、女1)例缺血性心肌病(至少1支主支狭窄>75%)患者(B组)和49±10岁的17(男11、女6)例检查未见异常者(C组)中,分别有8例、8例和9例曾作心导管检查。测定最低左室压(LVPmin)和肺毛细血管楔压(PCWP),以阐明舒张早期时间间期和舒张早期血流动力学参数之间的关系。A组心功能NYHA Ⅳ级5例、Ⅲ级6例;随访29±18个月,死亡5例。B组心功能NYHA Ⅳ级1例、Ⅲ级5例和Ⅱ级2例;随访29±17个月,无一例死亡。
Patients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (group A), 11 (9 males, 2 females) with an age of 50 ± 8 (37-62 years), 8 males (7 males and 1 year) with 55 ± 7 (46-64 years) Patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy (at least 1) with a primary stenosis of> 75% (group B) and 17 (11 men and 6 women) with 49 ± 10 years of age had no abnormalities (group C) 8 cases, 8 cases and 9 cases had cardiac catheterization. The lowest left ventricular pressure (LVPmin) and pulmonary capillary wedge pressure (PCWP) were measured to clarify the relationship between early diastolic and early diastolic hemodynamic parameters. Five patients with NYHA Ⅳ grade and 6 patients with grade Ⅲ cardiac function in group A were followed up for 29 ± 18 months and 5 died. In group B, NYHA Ⅳ grade was 1 case, grade Ⅲ 5 cases and grade Ⅱ 2 cases. All patients were followed up for 29 ± 17 months without any death.
