目的研究不同空间环境中差异表达基因位点在秀丽隐杆线虫染色体上的分布特征。方法利用基因位点可视化软件对经空间飞行环境、空间辐射及微重力处理的秀丽隐杆线虫全基因组表达谱进行分析,统计差异表达基因位点数量、比例,并通过指数模型分析其分布特征。结果空间飞行环境较辐射或微重力环境能够诱导更多的基因发生差异表达,差异表达基因分布也更为集中;在三种空间环境中均为Ⅴ号染色体上差异表达基因数量最多,而不同的空间环境中分别在Ⅱ号,Ⅲ号和Ⅴ号染色体上比例最高,在Ⅰ号和Ⅴ号染色体上差异表达基因分布最集中。结论空间环境诱导的秀丽隐杆线虫差异表达基因位点分布特征具有环境特异性,且染色体间存在环境敏感性差异。
Objective To study the distribution of differentially expressed genes on chromosomes of C. elegans in different spatial environments. Methods Genome-wide expression profiles of Caenorhabditis elegans infected by space flight environment, space radiation and microgravity were analyzed by using gene locus visualization software. The number and ratio of differentially expressed genes were calculated and analyzed by exponential model. Results The space flight environment could induce more genes to be differentially expressed and the differentially expressed genes more concentrated than those under the radiation or microgravity environment. In all three spatial environments, the number of differentially expressed genes on chromosome V was the highest, Space environment, respectively, the highest number on the chromosome Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ chromosomes, Ⅰ and Ⅴ chromosomes on the most differentially expressed genes. Conclusion The spatial distribution of the differentially expressed genes in C. elegans induced by space environment has environmental specificity and there are differences in environmental sensitivity between chromosomes.
