参照已有受腐蚀钢材力学性能试验数据和研究成果,采用有限元数值模拟方法,建立某12层住宅钢结构腐蚀前和腐蚀后的两个模型,对经城市大气25~50年腐蚀后的住宅钢结构性能进行分析,为综合评估住宅钢结构防腐蚀层面的耐久性提供依据。建模时考虑腐蚀引起的构件截面减损和钢材力学性能降低的影响,以及室内外构件所处环境的差别。根据相关规范对结构和构件的验算结果表明:城市大气25~50年的腐蚀削弱了住宅钢结构承重构件的承载力储备,并使结构的侧向刚度降低。鉴于钢结构住宅在使用期内不便进行涂装维护,为了保证结构在50年设计使用期内的安全性,住宅钢结构处于室外的承重钢构件,应确保有10%的承载力储备。
With reference to the experimental data and research results of the mechanical properties of the existing corroded steel, two models of pre-corrosion and post-corrosion of a 12-storey residential steel structure are established by the finite element numerical simulation method. For the urban house eroded by the urban atmosphere after 25 ~ 50 years Steel structure performance analysis, to provide a basis for a comprehensive assessment of residential steel structure anti-corrosion durability. The influence of the corrosion damage on the cross-section of the component and the reduction of the mechanical properties of the steel and the difference of the environment of the indoor and outdoor components are considered in the modeling. According to the relevant norms of the structure and component of the verification results show that: 25 to 50 years of urban atmosphere erosion weakened the load-bearing capacity of residential steel structure load-bearing components, and to reduce the lateral stiffness of the structure. In view of the inconvenience of coating and maintenance of steel structure house during the service life, in order to ensure the safety of the structure during its 50-year design life, the bearing steel structure with outdoor steel structure of residential steel structure should ensure 10% of the reserve capacity.
