在工业生产中,长期过量接触氟化物,可引起工业性氟病。我们于1991—1992年对山西解州电解铝厂73名氟作业工人,进行了尿氟含量测定,同时对电解铝厂生产工人的尿氟含量与生产场所空气中氟化物浓度的关系也进行了比较。山西解州电解铝厂建立于1987年,用电解法生产铝锭。生产规模逐年扩大,目前年产量3万吨左右,建厂初期,急于投产,防尘、防毒设施欠缺,车间内尘毒浓度较大,近年来,随着生产的发展,该厂逐渐重视了防尘防毒工作,安装了密闭抽尘、排毒等综合性防尘、防毒措施,使粉尘及毒物浓度明显下降,
