目的为了肾综合征出血热病毒滴度达到规模化生产要求。方法将肾综合征出血热病毒 Z10 株在Vero细胞上传代适应,不同时间取样,测定病毒滴度。结果从第2代即可稳定达到高滴度。转瓶培养比静 止培养的病毒峰值出现的更早,第 4 d即可达到108/ml以上,且可多次收液。结论初步确立了疫苗生产中病毒制 备工艺。
The purpose of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome virus titer to large-scale production requirements. Methods Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome virus Z10 strain was passaged on Vero cells and sampled at different times to determine the virus titer. Results from the second generation can be stable to achieve high titer. Spin-flask culture appeared earlier than the peak of the stationary culture virus, reaching more than 108 / ml on the 4th day, and could be repeatedly collected. Conclusion The virus preparation process was initially established in vaccine production.
