目的 :测定复方羌芪水提液的体外抗 CVB3作用 ,并对其抗病毒机理进行初步的探讨。方法 :用含不同浓度复方羌芪水提液的维持液培养 CVB3感染的 Vero细胞 ,48h后用 MTT法测定细胞活性 ;培养上清液滴定 TCID50 。结果 :复方羌芪水提液能抑制 CVB3对 Vero细胞的致病变作用 (CPE) ,使细胞存活率升高 ,培养上清病毒滴度降低 ;且随药物浓度及药物与病毒作用时间的延长抑制作用增强。结论 :复方羌芪水提液的抗病毒机制可能是直接杀伤病毒及影响病毒在细胞内的生物合成 ,而不是影响病毒吸附和穿入环节
OBJECTIVE: To determine the anti-CVB3 effect of compound Qiangqi aqueous extract in vitro and its anti-virus mechanism. Methods: Vero cells infected with CVB3 were cultured in the maintenance solution containing different concentrations of Qiangqi aqueous extract. After 48 hours, the cell viability was measured by MTT assay. The culture supernatant was titrated for TCID50. Results: Qiangqi aqueous extract could inhibit the pathogenicity of CVB3 on Vero cells (CPE), so that the survival rate of cells increased and the titer of virus in culture supernatant decreased. With the increase of drug concentration and time of drug and virus Inhibition enhanced. Conclusion: The antiviral mechanism of compound Qiangqi aqueous extract may be directly kill the virus and affect the virus in the cell biosynthesis, rather than affect the virus adsorption and penetration links
