目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定丹香清脂颗粒中丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。方法:LC-10ATvp岛津高效液相色谱仪;流动相:甲醇-水(75∶25);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:270nm。结果:丹参酮ⅡA在0.01~0.2mg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),其平均回收率为98.6%,RSD为0.3%。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于丹香清脂颗粒中丹参酮ⅡA的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Danxiang Qingzhi granule by HPLC. Method: LC-10ATvp Shimadzu high performance liquid chromatography; mobile phase: methanol-water (75:25); flow rate: 1.0ml / min; detection wavelength: 270nm. Results: Tanshinone ⅡA showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.01-0.2 mg / ml (r = 0.9999), with an average recovery of 98.6% and a RSD of 0.3%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Danxiang Qingzhi granule.
