目的为了明确冻干和烘干两种加工方法获得的北虫草干粉的有效成分,检测了虫草干粉中虫草素、粗多糖、氨基酸和维生素等含量。方法氨基酸含量测定采用氨基酸分析仪,其他各种有效成分的测定均采用高效液相色谱法。结果冻干处理的北虫草粉中粗多糖、虫草素、SOD及维生素E分别为烘干处理的1.20,1.45,1.23及1.25倍;虫草酸、蛋白质及维生素A的含量分别是烘干处理的0.97,0.97及0.06倍。结论不同的加工方法对虫草中的有效成分有较大的影响,在应用中应针对不同的目的选择不同的处理方法,使所需有效成分最大限度地保留。
Objective To determine the effective components of the dried powder of Cordyceps militaris obtained by freeze-drying and drying, and to measure the content of cordycepin, crude polysaccharides, amino acids and vitamins in Cordyceps dry powder. Methods The amino acid content was measured by amino acid analyzer. The determination of other various active ingredients was performed by high performance liquid chromatography. Results The content of crude polysaccharide, cordycepin, SOD and vitamin E in the freeze-dried Cordyceps powder was 1.20, 1.45, 1.23, and 1.25 times of the drying treatment, respectively. The content of cordycepic acid, protein, and vitamin A was 0.97 of the drying treatment, respectively. , 0.97 and 0.06 times. Conclusion Different processing methods have a greater impact on the effective components of Cordyceps sinensis. Different treatments should be selected for different purposes in the application so that the required active ingredients are retained to the maximum.
