机械合金化是开发新型材料的手段之一。由机械合金化法制得的氧化物弥散强化(ODS)和碳化物弥散强化(CDS)合金具有更高的断裂强度和良好的抗氧化能力。本文介绍了ODS合金和CDS合金的制造方法及其力学性能。
Mechanical alloying is one of the means to develop new materials. Oxide dispersion strengthening (ODS) and carbide dispersion strengthening (CDS) alloys made by mechanical alloying have higher breaking strength and good oxidation resistance. This article describes the ODS alloy and CDS alloy manufacturing methods and mechanical properties.
