报道45例慢性粒细胞白血病的骨髓细胞染色体检查结果.检出Ph1染色体阳性患者42例,其中标准型Ph1染色体畸变37例,标准型Ph1伴其它染色体易位者2例;双Ph1染色体者1例,变异Ph1染色体2例;还检出Ph1染色体阴性患者3例,其中2例为其它染色体畸变类型.结论:Ph1染色体是慢性粒细胞白血病的独立的细胞遗传学标志,双Ph1及标准型Ph1之外的染色体畸变可能预示着进入急变期,但变异Ph1染色体并不加快慢性期向急变期的转变.
Reported 45 cases of chronic myeloid leukemia bone marrow cell chromosome test results. 42 Ph1 chromosome positive patients were detected, including 37 Ph1 standard chromosome aberrations, 2 standard Ph1 with other chromosome translocations, 1 Ph chromosome with 1 Ph1 chromosome, and 2 Ph1 chromosomes; Ph1 chromosome negative patients were also detected. In 3 cases, 2 of them were other types of chromosomal aberrations. Conclusion: Ph1 chromosome is an independent cytogenetic marker of CML. Chromosome aberrations other than double Ph1 and standard Ph1 may indicate the transition to blast crisis, but mutation of Ph1 chromosome does not accelerate the transition from chronic phase to blast phase.
