采用给小鼠口服免疫牛血清白蛋白加尾静脉注射葡萄球菌肠毒素Ｂ的复合造模方法，建立ＩｇＡ肾病模型，观察滋肾止血片对其病变的影响。结果提示，滋肾止血片可以改善实验性ＩｇＡ肾病小鼠的血尿和蛋白尿，降低血尿素氮，减轻肾脏的病理改变，证实滋肾止血片对实验性ＩｇＡ肾病确有治疗作用。
The oral administration of bovine serum albumin plus tail injection of staphylococcal enterotoxin B complex modeling method to establish IgA nephropathy model to observe the impact of Zishenyitong film on the lesion. The results suggest that Zishenjixue Tablet can improve hematuria and proteinuria in mice with experimental IgA nephropathy, lower blood urea nitrogen and reduce the pathological changes in the kidney, confirming that Zishenhedu tablets have a therapeutic effect on experimental IgA nephropathy.
