在犬肠管外置入一硅橡胶环和放入肠腔内连有导管的气球,由此可达到人工控制肛门节制力。于齿线上切口并直至括约肌切断之。远端游离肠管近6cm。置入环固定于肠壁上。术后2日向气球内注入35~60ml不等量气体,每12小时开放气球1次。由于气球位于硅橡胶环上方,充气后不会脱落。而当气球排空时,粪便以正常分式排出。组织学切片检查未发现闭塞段肠管肠壁坏死,也无液性粪便漏出。本实验不仅适于直肠癌,而且也适于其它原因诸如结肠造口,回肠造口等便失禁患者。

On the 2nd postoperative injection of 35 ~ 60ml different amount of gas into the balloon, open the balloon once every 12 hours. As the balloon is located above the silicone rubber ring, will not fall off after inflation. When the balloon is emptied, the excrement is expelled in the normal fraction. Histological biopsy found no occlusion bowel intestinal wall necrosis, but also liquid-free stool leakage. This experiment is not only suitable for rectal cancer, but also for other reasons such as colostomy, ileostomy and other incontinence patients.
