本文对１６例经手术和病理证实为听神经瘤的病人进行了纯音测听、前庭功能及听性脑干反应测听（ＡＢＲ）检查，发现病人的常见症状为耳鸣和听力减退，但也有３例听力正常。视测距障碍试验、视跟踪、视动模式试验、冷热水试验有不同程度的改变，但也有表现为正常者。听性脑干反应测听检查发现患耳多无反应波，或Ⅰ～Ⅴ波潜伏期差大于０４ｍｓ，有１例ＡＢＲ正常，仅波形稍差。还发现，瘤体内有囊性变的病人，纯音测听及前庭功能障碍程度则较轻。
In this paper, we performed pure tone audiometry, vestibular function and auditory brainstem response audiometry (ABR) in 16 patients with acoustic neuroma confirmed by surgery and pathology, and found that the common symptoms of patients were tinnitus and hearing loss, but there were also 3 patients Normal hearing. Visual distance disorder test, visual tracking, visual mode test, hot and cold water tests have varying degrees of change, but also showed normal. Auditory brainstem response audiometry found more ears with no response wave, or Ⅰ ~ Ⅴ wave latency was greater than 0 4ms, 1 case of normal ABR, only slightly worse waveform. Also found that patients with cystic degeneration of the tumor, pure tone audiometry and vestibular dysfunction is lighter.
