经常有人问我:“你做什么工作?”当我回答“我是一名内高班老师”时,对方常常会一头雾水地问:“内高班是什么?”我总是会不厌其烦地告诉对方,内高班是国家为新疆各地通过选拔考试的优秀学生在内地接受更为良好的教育而开设的班级。自从2011年被安排承担内高班数学教学任务开始,我便与内高班结下了不解之缘。在经历了云南支教,亲身体会到经济和交通落后的地区与发达地区教育资源的巨大落差后,我更加深刻地感受到,党和国家实施的内高班政策对于偏远地区的孩子来说是多么的重要。对他们来说,这是一个弥足珍贵的机遇。 Often ask me: “What do you do? ” When I reply “I am an internal high school teacher ”, the other party often confusedly ask: " I always tire of telling each other that the internal high school is a class that the state has opened to receive better education in the Mainland for outstanding students who have passed the selection examinations throughout Xinjiang. Since 2011, when I was assigned to undertake the task of teaching mathematics in the internal high classes, I became deeply indissoluble. After experiencing the education in Yunnan Province and seeing first-hand the huge gap between the economically and the under-mobility areas and the developed areas, I feel even more deeply that the internal-government-level policies implemented by the party and the state are very much for the children in remote areas importance. For them, this is a precious opportunity.
