新型现代市场对传统市场带来强有力的冲击,随着电子商务的快速发展,随着形势的进一步加剧,现在传统市场的发展不容乐观。经过市场调查分析,发现传统市场存在商户信息不共享、业务量比较少等问题,市场管理者存在考虑不周全、工作不到位、市场管理手段单一等问题。针对问题提出,提供公共服务、实时监控、接入电商市场、常态化管理、提供恰当产品、寻求合适物流方式、创新营销模式等七条建议。
