贝那普利抗氧化作用对血管损伤小鼠血管重构的影响

【目的】目的探索不同剂量的贝那普利对于血管损伤小鼠血管重构的影响。方法选取200只8周龄雄性C57BL/6小鼠,在小鼠的股动脉外套上聚乙烯套管,造成血管损伤,随机分成正常对照组、手术对照组、假手术对照组、贝那普利低剂量组和贝那普利高剂量组,每组40只。分别于第14、28天取其股动脉,检测内膜、中膜面积及血管壁上超氧阴离子自由基(O2-)含量。结果实验第14、28天手术对照组增生内膜面积明显大于贝那普利高剂量组和贝那普利低剂量组(P<0.05),且三组组内第28天增生内膜面积明显大于第14天(P<0.05)。五组中膜面积对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。股动脉血管壁上O2-含量:第14天正常对照组和假手术对照组含量最低,手术对照组含量最高;第28天除手术对照组外,其余四组含量均有一定降低(P<0.05),而手术对照组含量较第14天显著升高(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利具有抗氧化作用,能延缓血管内皮损伤后的血管内膜增生速度,进而抑制损伤血管的重构。 【Objective】 To explore the effects of different doses of benazepril on vascular remodeling in mice with vascular injury. On the 28th day, the contents of O2- in the other four groups were lower than the control group (P <0.05) ), While the content of surgery control group was significantly higher than the 14th day (P <0.05). Conclusion Benazepril has an anti-oxidant effect, which can delay the rate of intimal hyperplasia after vascular endothelial injury, and then inhibit the remodeling of injured vessels.
