我厂的300吨摩擦压力机是使用在钢丝钳模锻流水线上的,在正常情况下,每班要压制2000多件钳坯.摩擦压力机工作过程中,摩擦带由于不断摩擦发热而造成损坏.一般情况是铜丝石棉带断裂掉块,钢带没有断(以下讲摩擦带断裂均指此种损坏).目前每付摩擦带可以工作5～6个月.根据我厂的经验,为了延长摩擦带的使用寿命,应当注意以下几点. 一、要定期检查摩擦带拉紧螺栓的松紧程度,特别是新换的摩擦带工作一小时左右应将拉紧螺栓再旋紧一次,以保证钢带与轮体紧密贴合.
