我厂研制的定位输送机具有两个动作,见图1。转盘缸Ⅰ把输送机由原位置a 转到工作位霞b,齿条缸Ⅱ驱动齿轮及同轴上的链轮,带动链条把放在链头前的物体输送1.5m。然后,齿条缸Ⅱ带动链头缩回,转盘缸Ⅰ再把输送机翻回原始位置a,从而完成一个循环。为使链头最大速度达到3m/s 以上,又要减少功率消耗,我们根据文献[1]采用了如图2所示的蓄能器增速回路。在此回路试验时发现,当输送机完成一个坏循,回到原始位置a 以后,在没进行下个环循的间歇时间里,转盘缸Ⅰ不是停在原位,而是缓慢
